GPS Impact is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to join our growing Client Services Team. The preferred location for this position is in our Washington, DC office.

We are a full-service public affairs and multimedia advertising agency with broad experience helping progressive candidates, advocacy groups, and organizations use integrated, strategic communications and advertising to achieve their goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with GPS partners and the senior leadership team to support their daily work activities
  • Review and manage internal and external communications on behalf of GPS partners and senior leadership team
  • Coordinate work with other team members and ensure necessary follow-up 
  • Coordinate scheduling and travel arrangements for GPS partners and other team members as needed
  • Track and manage partner and principal expenses, and assist the finance team with select processes in Quickbooks
  • Organize team meetings and support GPS leadership team meetings
  • Maintain internal staff wiki with relevant and updated information
  • Manage incoming communications to the organization’s general lines and forward them to appropriate staff members
  • Manage the Washington, DC office and ensure the space is well maintained and equipped for employees and visitors
  • Contribute to the improvement of these processes when necessary
  • Contribute to other special projects as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to respond to time-sensitive requests outside of regular business hours
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Google Suite experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Attention to confidentiality, given the position’s access to and involvement with highly sensitive personnel and business information
  • Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, often unpredictable, and sometimes stressful environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience working in a political environment
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and accounting concepts
  • Experience in Quickbooks Online 
  • Previous scheduling experience

GPS Impact offers a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k) and paid time off. Salary ranges from$65,000-70,000 and is dependent on experience and location.
