Joshua is a creative web and application developer who loves taking concepts and turning them into working technology. His political motivations germinated in environmental activism, where in 2012 he helped organize a Sierra Club campaign promoting energy efficiency in Kansas City. Before joining GPS Impact he coded technology for issue campaigns advocating for funding in Kansas schools, sustaining Kansas’ renewable energy portfolio standard, and protecting Kansas courts. In 2014, he helped code organizing and phonebanking technology for the Kansas Governor’s race, connecting volunteers to voters. He is devoted to building and rethinking technology that promotes civic engagement and political action.
